For anyone not feeling like we’re not One up in here. For anyone feeling insecure or sad or scared. You deserve the most love.  So know that you are so loved and supported and held in such grace and light here.

I now value experiences & relationships more than material possessions. I have gratitude for the overflows for the last 11 months. I have learned so much about myself and being in a relationship.
So thankful Brad Horton⁩ is so patient with me as I learn new communication skills & how to integrate healthy behaviors into my new sober life.

And a special shout-out of gratitude to Caroline for sharing her time with me today. It was so kind of her to give me, a stranger trying to learn to live with an autoimmune disease a gift that is often undervalued or taken for granted by many – time.
Caroline has a job, a family, and a life that demands her time and presence of mind. She owed this stranger nothing yet gave me some of her time today and the gift overwhelmed me. The time she shared with me was such good medicine. So I just wanted to say n’yawęh to Caroline, many thanks, Sister.

So honored to be here! Thank you Brad & Caroline and all of you I’m excited to develop more meaningful relationships with. In short, Ibogaine changed my life, it saved my life, and I believe it’s the most magical medicine on this planet I wish it would be more accessible for anyone anywhere anytime

When I got sober, I had to change my whole life.

I needed to change my diet and my career. I needed new friends. In truth, all I needed to do then was to just stop drinking and taking drugs. So I focused on that. Right now what you need to do is take care of the biggest crisis in your life. Address that, and in time you will get healthier and you will be more capable of addressing those other areas. I wouldn’t have been successful or been able to achieve all the things that I have been able to achieve if I tried to do it all at one time
